What you'll do

  • Lead the structural review of complex SOWs and Change Orders for strategic deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on joint Customer-GSI Steering Committees.
  • Manage delivery risks and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Design and test scalable sales-to-delivery frameworks and risk-mitigation playbooks.
  • Enable regional services and partner success teams with new delivery processes.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools to accelerate delivery scoping and automation.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or strategic IT consulting.
  • Proven expertise in guiding large-scale, complex enterprise deployments with GSIs.
  • Direct experience structuring and negotiating complex services deals with sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership in high-pressure steering committees with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale repeatable PMO playbooks and methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge of IAM, Cloud Security, or Enterprise SaaS architectures.
