What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience leading strategic growth and demand generation in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in signal-based marketing strategies using intent data and business triggers.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern GTM tech tools like Clay, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo.
  • Proven success building scalable repeatable demand programs driving measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong operational discipline and analytical capability to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience designing frameworks and processes for growth program scalability across teams.
  • Leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and influence senior partners effectively.
