What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Possess 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Possess 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrate extensive experience leading complex software engineering projects with a focus on reliability, scalability, and integration.
Demonstrate ability to manage full software development lifecycles, including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
Demonstrate expertise in DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and observability tooling.
Demonstrate success in driving AI/ML-enabled product development and integrating agentic systems using modern programming languages.
