What you'll do

  • Define and execute multi-year AI strategy for Platform Engineering.
  • Lead design, build, and operation of agentic AI infrastructure on Azure.
  • Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks compliant with SOX, OCC, FFIEC.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing team of AI engineers and architects.
  • Drive GitHub Enterprise integration patterns for enterprise-scale API engineering.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance to conduct AI risk assessments and ensure regulatory posture.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of technology leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record delivering production AI systems under regulatory constraints.
  • Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic AI patterns.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Platform services and GitHub Enterprise ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of SOX, OCC, FFIEC standards for AI governance and compliance.
