What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on technical leadership and player-coach experience.
  • Strong track record of designing and launching scalable cloud-native platforms.
  • Deep expertise in building agentic AI systems using GCP, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Experience in financial services industry with knowledge of banking workflows and data.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
