What we're looking for
Over 8 years of experience in developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, and application development.
Ability to set strategic vision and roadmap for agentic AI platforms.
Experience guiding technical teams and setting best practices for AI orchestration.
Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical AI standards compliance.
Skill in making build-vs-buy decisions on AI technologies and tools.
