What we're looking for
10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role
Proven hands-on experience as a player-coach Engineering Manager
Strong back-end expertise in Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or C#
Experience using AI coding tools and agents to accelerate team delivery
Deep knowledge of microservice architectures, distributed systems, and complex platforms
Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful or gRPC APIs
Solid experience with major cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
