What you'll do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic CSP/MSP and SI partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Enable existing partners through training, joint selling initiatives, and regular engagement.
  • Host quarterly business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on goals and metrics.
  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sales and partner personnel.
  • Accelerate existing partners’ businesses by providing technical and business enablement support.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key partnerships, including top channel partners and cloud providers.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic alliances at a cloud services/SaaS company
  • Proven ability to identify and recruit new strategic partners for revenue growth
  • Experience enabling and activating existing partners through training and joint selling initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership both internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business development activities
  • Leadership experience in hiring and developing sales and partner personnel (for Director role)
  • Technical acumen to understand and explain complex concepts verbally and in writing
