Director, Customer Security Response

What you'll do

• Lead complex customer security investigations across APAC and US West Coast.
• Serve as the final technical authority on containment decisions for high-severity incidents.
• Manage regional operations including staffing, capacity planning, and case assignment.
• Drive cross-functional engagement to close detection gaps in security systems.
• Transition incident response team from manual investigation to AI-driven automation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of information security experience with at least 5 years in hands-on incident response leadership.
• Lead complex, high-severity security incidents from investigation to executive communication and regulatory notification.
• Build and manage globally distributed security teams with clear performance standards and influence cross-functionally across departments.
• Independently scope data exfiltration using multi-source Splunk and SQL queries for multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Serve as the final technical authority on containment decisions, including credential rotation and IP blocks.
