Director, Security Architecture

What you'll do

• Develop and lead the enterprise security architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for secure design, technology selection, and solution deployment.
• Oversee architecture review processes to evaluate solutions against security standards and risks.
• Provide proactive security guidance during solution design and development phases.
• Assess and optimize cybersecurity tooling to support risk management and operational capabilities.
• Define reference architectures and guide implementation of security controls within applications.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with a focus on enterprise architecture and solution design
• Deep expertise in security architecture frameworks, secure design principles, and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing technical and business stakeholders
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or TOGAF
• Leadership experience in managing budgets and developing policies for organizational goals
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Cybersecurity, Information Systems) preferred
• Experience with cloud security architecture, DevSecOps, and modern application development practices
