What you'll do

  • Lead the evolution of search strategy from traditional SEO to AI-native GEO.
  • Develop and execute strategies for maximum inclusion in Google AI Overviews.
  • Architect content structures that maximize machine readability and semantic reinforcement.
  • Provide guidance on technical SEO aspects including site architecture and structured data.
  • Track new success metrics beyond clicks, such as "Share of Model" and AI referral traffic.
  • Educate GTM teams on GEO strategy to scale optimized content creation.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years in SEO for complex B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and understanding of LLM content retrieval processes.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO, including schema, JSON-LD, and site architecture.
  • Experience using enterprise tools like Semrush, Conductor, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to present complex trends to executives and influence long-term product roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of adapting to rapid algorithmic changes and embracing AI search paradigms.
  • Strong understanding of SEM and SEO/GEO intersections.
