What you'll do

Define and steward the end-to-end Workplace Experience Platform strategy and three-phase roadmap.
Own and evolve the platform that connects internal data and workflows to daily associate tools.
Establish core connections for associate identity, workflow rules, and approval tasks across the enterprise.
Direct a product team to ship high-value solutions that align with long-term business goals.
Champion adoption and transformation of the Intranet Web and Mobile platforms through enablement programs.
Establish governance protocols and consolidate disparate AI initiatives across different lines of business.
Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and senior executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Product expertise with best-in-class generative AI products (preferred).
Experience establishing and working with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols (preferred).
Track record in defining long-term Digital strategy, roadmap prioritization, and implementing governance standards to manage risk (preferred).
Experience managing product management teams, specifically leading and mentoring senior-level direct reports (preferred).
Strong background serving as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML teams, and senior executive leadership (preferred).
Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns for emerging technologies (preferred).
