Director, Product Management, Developer Experience, Secure Foundations Platform

What you'll do

• Define and champion the multi-year product vision for automated container vulnerability remediation.
• Lead the product roadmap for the Continuous Automated Refresh platform to ensure scalability.
• Partner with Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk leaders to meet enterprise security and operational needs.
• Translate internal developer pain points into product solutions that simplify the secure development path.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure toil reduction and developer productivity.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation and stakeholder engagement to final launch.
• Serve as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert to communicate product value and progress to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading product management for developer platforms, DevOps tools, or large-scale enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly in application security, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security (preferred).
• Experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and risk management (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives (preferred).
