What you'll do

Lead multiple platform teams to standardize middleware patterns, APIs, SDKs, and client libraries across the organization.
Establish group-level guardrails for API deprecation strategies, upgrade playbooks, and adoption tracking.
Sponsor shared observability frameworks, capacity models, and error-budget posture across various engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance on software architecture decisions, system design, and performance optimization strategies.
Manage the execution of software development processes to ensure features meet design specifications and accessibility standards.
Oversee periodic maintenance, security patching, and the implementation of standard operating procedures for system reliability.
Resolve complex product maintenance issues and technical defects by collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.
Drive performance management by coaching team members, identifying skill gaps, and managing the talent acquisition pipeline.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess expertise in Cloud Computing, Core Algorithms, and Distributed Systems.
