Executive Director, Technical Operations

What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of over 150 personnel in technical process and product support.
• Ensure compliance with health authorities through effective communication and inspection management.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving approaches within the manufacturing operations.
• Align with global leaders to maintain functional excellence and standard practices.
• Develop talent and competencies within teams for future business needs and success.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in vaccine development, commercialization, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated capability in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial management skills with in-depth understanding of budgeting and cost levers.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and develop talent for future organizational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels.
• Deep understanding of process engineering, equipment validation, and scientific problem-solving.
