  • Utilize data analytics to drive continuous process improvements and optimize operational costs and space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory permits and standards for utilities, wastewater, storm water management, and construction codes.
  • Lead a large integrated workforce of approximately 360 employees, including unionized labor and third-party suppliers.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in multi-faceted operational environments.
  • Proven ability to manage a mixed union and non-union workforce of approximately 360 employees.
  • Strong financial acumen with the capability to oversee budgets exceeding $1.0B.
  • Expertise in utilities management, including chemical/biologics/pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated skills in program management, strategic visioning, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, DOT, GXP).
  • Leadership in continuous process improvement and effective collaboration with external partners/agencies.
  • Experience in managing complex facilities portfolios, including master planning and space utilization optimization.
