What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical software on embedded or edge systems.
  • Deep technical expertise in Linux internals, embedded systems, and system-level architecture.
  • Experience driving DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and configuration management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles for embedded and edge devices, including hardening techniques.
  • Familiarity with FPGA development workflows and tools such as Quartus and Vivado.
  • Ability to set technical vision and drive cross-functional execution at the executive level.
