What you'll do

Conduct supplier audits, technical capability assessments, and risk evaluations.
Drive process optimization initiatives with suppliers to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related technical field
15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier quality/industrialization
5+ years managing a team of technical supply chain professionals
Expertise in specific commodity areas like PCBA manufacturing and IPC standards
Ability to travel internationally for 20%-50% of the time
TS clearance required
Masters or doctorate degree in engineering or supply chain management preferred
