What we're looking for

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical leadership for high-performance defense radar systems
  • Strong expertise in radar architecture, modes, and system modeling
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design
  • Top Secret security clearance required
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python
