Reporting to the VP of Product, this leader manages a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and embedded Data Scientists to deliver an inventory intelligence SaaS platform serving over 10,000 pharmacy locations. Key responsibilities include owning the multi-year product vision, managing commercial performance, and overseeing the development of optimization models and predictive analytics. The role requires expertise in B2B SaaS, supply chain logistics, and pharmacy inventory. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in data-intensive products, AI workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Customer Success teams to solve complex fulfillment and inventory optimization problems within a regulated healthcare supply chain environment.

What you'll do

  • Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Inventory Intelligence and Fulfillment Management product lines.
  • Make high-level prioritization decisions to balance growth investments against platform requirements and regulatory constraints.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and embedded Data Scientists to deliver platform capabilities.
  • Lead the embedded data science team in developing and evaluating optimization models for supply chain use cases.
  • Support commercial outcomes by influencing pricing, packaging, and key customer relationships with pharmacy supply chain leadership.
  • Drive product discovery and validation to ensure solutions are evidence-based and validated by users before production.
  • Partner with Engineering and TPMs to integrate product requirements into the broader platform infrastructure.
  • Lead quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and ROI gates to ensure delivery quality and predictability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, operations, analytics, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing product managers or blended product and data science teams.
  • Proven product leadership of algorithm-driven or data-intensive B2B SaaS products where analytics and model quality is the core value.
  • Experience building, managing, or directing data science teams deploying production-grade capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory optimization, fulfillment, or logistics domains.
  • Experience operating in a platform organization and driving commercial outcomes for an enterprise B2B product line.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship.
