What we're looking for
Proven track record of leading and scaling multiple engineering teams, including experience managing "managers of managers."
At least 7 years of experience in delivering enterprise software or solutions related to Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
A Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 16+ years of related experience.
At least 6 years of experience in management.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex technical strategies and translate business goals into engineering roadmaps.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber technical talent.
Familiarity with the vSphere ecosystem or other enterprise virtualization platforms.
Desired experience as a maintainer, substantial contributor, or SIG leader within the Kubernetes or CNCF ecosystem.
