What you'll do

Lead multiple high-performing engineering teams focused on VKS core development.
Define and execute Broadcom’s upstream contribution roadmap in Kubernetes SIGs.
Ensure end-to-end SDLC for VKS with production-grade reliability and security.
Partner with Architects, Product Management to drive a common execution plan.
Act as an ambassador for Broadcom in the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of leading and scaling multiple engineering teams in a distributed environment.
Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems with 7+ years of experience.
Ability to define and execute complex technical strategies that align business goals with measurable outcomes.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber technical talent while fostering a culture of excellence.
Bachelors degree and 18+ years OR Masters degree and 16+ years related experience, including at least 6 years in management roles.
