What you'll do

Own the architecture and technical direction of WBD’s Linear advertising systems.
Ensure interoperability across linear planning, forecasting, trafficking, billing, and reporting platforms.
Lead teams responsible for delivering and operating business-critical linear ad-tech systems.
Drive the evolution of legacy linear systems toward converged, agentic-driven, and cloud-enabled architectures.
Implement standards for observability, security, compliance, and cost management.

What we're looking for

15+ years of enterprise software engineering or platform delivery experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
Strong understanding of linear advertising systems, including planning, order management, trafficking, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting.
Experience designing and operating large-scale, high-availability systems; cloud and API expertise preferred.
Proven track record modernizing legacy systems while maintaining active business operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
