What we're looking for

Demonstrated success as a senior technical leader actively involved in production code.
Proven ability to lead through direct technical contribution and architectural ownership.
Strong proficiency in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL, and integration with scientific informatics platforms.
Deep understanding of drug discovery processes and research informatics systems.
Degree in Computer Science or related field with extensive industry experience required.
Preferred: PhD in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
