By partnering with cross-functional leaders, you will solve complex problems regarding service availability and operational efficiency across cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform to ensure high-performing, secure technology services.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute enterprise strategies for Site Reliability Engineering, Operational Intelligence, and Observability.
  • Lead teams managing observability platforms including Dynatrace, Datadog, LogicMonitor, and Prometheus.
  • Drive proactive operations through predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven operational improvements.
  • Establish governance, standards, metrics, and service reliability objectives across all technology platforms.
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management adoption using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Manage strategic roadmaps, budgets, vendor relationships, and operational portfolios.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years of people leadership in enterprise technology organizations.
  • Experience leading SRE, Platform Engineering, Operations Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Observability functions.
  • Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, LogicMonitor, or Prometheus.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management solutions like Ansible.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale operational transformation, automation, and reliability initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets, strategic roadmaps, vendors, and cross-functional technology programs.
  • Experience with AIOps, MLOps, Generative AI, or cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
