What you'll do

Define and execute Legal’s AI transformation strategy in partnership with leadership.
Design and deploy AI-powered workflows across legal use cases, ensuring production readiness.
Classify automation projects by risk tier to ensure governance compliance before deployment.
Maintain audit logging for all systems handling privileged data to ensure regulatory adherence.
Train the legal team on AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability.
Track and report quarterly on the impact of automation initiatives within Legal.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in technical, operations, or engineering roles.
Proven track record of deploying AI and automation solutions at scale.
Hands-on experience designing and integrating API-based workflows.
Comfortable scripting or automating tasks using languages like Python or SQL.
Experience building agentic systems with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
Strong ability to translate operational requirements into reliable technical systems.
Expertise in implementing governance frameworks for AI and automation systems.
