  • Define and maintain globally consistent process standards for Quote-to-Cash across all business models.

  • Lead the operational design for new products and monetization models before launch.
  • Build a multi-year transformation roadmap to improve workflow automation and reduce manual intervention.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to prioritize and evaluate Quote-to-Cash process changes.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of experience in Quote-to-Cash or Revenue Operations.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows in SaaS models.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling global processes in high-growth companies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with influence over Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and GTM.
  • Ability to resolve complex operational tradeoffs and drive organizational alignment.
  • Experience supporting cloud or usage-based monetization models preferred.
  • Familiarity with revenue accounting under ASC 606 beneficial.
