What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the global Payroll technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for SAP ECP.
  • Lead governance of payroll solution design, configuration standards, integrations, and compliance across all systems.
  • Build partnerships with HR Transformation, CIO/IT teams, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to drive decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, Analysts, and SMEs in payroll technology.
  • Ensure timely execution of payroll releases, patches, enhancements, and year-end activities across geographies.
  • Define KPIs and metrics for measuring payroll accuracy, efficiency, processing stability, adoption, and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience including 10+ years in HR or Payroll Technology leadership.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll professional certification required.
  • Proven success in managing complex cross-functional programs and multi-year transformations.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior executives and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Expertise in Agile product management, platform governance, and enterprise technology delivery.
  • Direct hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for 5+ years.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
