What you'll do

Manage inventory lifecycle including replenishment planning, cycle counting, and loss prevention across multiple 3PL locations.
Oversee B2C fulfillment operations for direct-to-consumer orders involving personalized packaging and high-volume seasonal demand.
Lead B2B fulfillment programs for corporate clients, including bulk orders, promotional campaigns, and large-scale rollout coordination.
Manage relationships with third-party partners, including manufacturers, carriers, and 3PLs, through performance scorecards and contract management.
Develop and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and service level agreements across the fulfillment network.
Lead peak-season readiness planning by coordinating inventory buys, labor allocation, and vendor capacity.
Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, root-cause analysis, and automation of fulfillment workflows.
Ensure all operations comply with security, fraud prevention, and PCI-related requirements for stored-value products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or similar environments.
5+ years of experience leading managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams including indirect leadership over vendors and partners.
Demonstrated success managing both B2C direct-to-consumer fulfillment and B2B bulk, corporate, and partner programs.
Proficiency in inventory planning, replenishment, cycle counting, warehouse management systems (WMS), and order management systems (OMS).
Experience managing 3PL providers, carriers, and production partners including performance tracking and contract management.
Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations while ensuring compliance with security, fraud prevention, and PCI requirements.
Optional certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, APICS, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred.
