Senior Manager, Tenant Improvements

What you'll do

• Lead a team of project managers executing large capital investments across the United States.
• Develop an external vendor strategy for efficient project execution and cost-effectiveness.
• Balance scope, cost, and schedule demands while resolving conflicts and presenting solutions.
• Establish and mentor staff on project goals to ensure successful execution and quality outcomes.
• Identify performance trends and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Hire and develop high-performing team members aligned with business needs and individual interests.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• At least 3-5 years of management experience in the construction industry.
• Full knowledge of design and construction lifecycle from site selection to integration.
• Ability to adapt effectively to ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills across varying organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including international trips.
• Experience with ICD-705 and TEMPEST-related policies is preferred.
