As a Program Manager for our strategic product development initiative in radiotherapy delivery, you will lead the planning and execution of a complex, multi-year program from concept through launch. This role involves directing cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will define key performance indicators, manage risks, and facilitate decision-making among multiple stakeholders while partnering with leadership on strategic planning and resource forecasting. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of program management experience in a regulated medical environment, expertise in agile methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively at C-level meetings. This initiative aims to develop a next-generation modular platform architecture that enhances operational efficiency through workflow automation and intelligent solutions.
Direct complex multiyear cross-functional new product development program from concept through launch.
Define and collect executional key performance indicators for decision-making.
Identify and manage intra-program and inter-program risks with multiple stakeholders.
Partner with BU leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting.
Manage executive-level communication and portfolio reporting including dashboards and financials.
What we're looking for
10+ years of program management experience in a regulated medical environment
Proven ability to lead and deliver major new product programs from concept to market adoption
Experience in planning and executing validation, verification, and regulatory submissions (510K, CE)
Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and cross-functional team collaboration
Ability to organize workstreams, establish milestones, and manage risks across multiple stakeholders
Expertise in applying agile methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques
BS or MS technical degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
