What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to lead customer service teams and deliver strong results.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in complex business environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits implementation and administration.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for multi-disciplinary operations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of legacy systems and their impacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across different audiences.
  • Solid understanding of insurance business, product offerings, and service model requirements.
