  • Conducts portfolio-level analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities, supporting proactive issue resolution and strategic planning.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience leading strategy execution or program management in complex organizations
  • Proven ability to design and implement performance management systems and use portfolio management tools
  • Deep understanding of translating strategic objectives into executable work plans and accountability frameworks
  • Strong project and program management skills with expertise in cross-functional initiative leadership
  • Experience as a liaison between business operations and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities and resource allocation
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Certified Scrum Master
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
