  • Ensure effective engagement with senior service and DoD leadership on programs.
  • Deliver financial performance commitments and build market growth initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of relevant Program Management, acquisitions, or business development experience in government or private sector.
  • Proven track record in shaping and capturing complex Command and Control hardware/software programs for DoD acquisition.
  • Intimate knowledge of defense acquisitions, including transitioning prototype capabilities to production.
  • Ability to build and maintain key customer relationships with senior officials within the defense and intelligence community.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for business development activities.
