The Director, Business Analyst joins the Digital Product & Engineering team to serve as a strategic bridge between business opportunities and digital product execution. This role leads discovery, business analysis, and value-definition activities to shape future investments and innovation initiatives across the Global Digital Network. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and process assessments to translate complex challenges into actionable requirements, user stories, and business cases. The position involves evaluating emerging technologies, artificial intelligence solutions, and automation opportunities to determine their potential impact on business outcomes. Key responsibilities include defining minimum viable products, establishing performance metrics, and managing portfolio planning. Required skills include expertise in Agile methodology, SDLC, process modeling, and data literacy. You will utilize tools like Microsoft Azure and Office while leveraging deep knowledge of cloud solutions and digital transformation strategies to drive measurable value.
Lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and requirements elicitation to identify problems worth solving.
Translate strategic goals and business needs into defined capabilities, user stories, and product hypotheses for engineering teams.
Develop business cases, value assessments, and investment recommendations to support funding and prioritization decisions.
Evaluate emerging technologies, artificial intelligence solutions, and automation opportunities to determine their potential business impact.
Define and monitor key performance indicators and value realization metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital products.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on product direction, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
Support portfolio planning by identifying organizational impacts, change requirements, and project risks.
Drive the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Master's degree (preferred).
8+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, digital transformation, consulting, strategy, operations, or related disciplines.
5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within global or highly matrixed organizations.
Experience conducting business discovery, requirements analysis, process optimization, and value realization for digital products or technology programs.
Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirements management, process modeling, journey mapping, and capability assessment.
Ability to develop business cases, investment recommendations, benefits analyses, and value measurement frameworks.
Digital fluency with knowledge of cloud solutions, automation, data platforms, and artificial intelligence applications.
