Digital Tools Application Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify customer high-value problems and suggest end-to-end solutions based on deep technology understanding.
• Manage customer feedback to continuously improve the performance and value of the WRA platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for complex WRA application-related activities.
• Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-site activities like beta testing and software upgrades.
• Conduct technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Train customers on WRA proficiency to ensure they maximize the platform's benefits.
• Oversee small project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring for timely delivery.

What we're looking for

• Hold a BSc. or MSc. in Engineering.
• Have 2 to 10 years of experience in related fields within the Semiconductor Industry.
• Experience in Metrology or Defect Review (ProVision/SEMVision) (preferred).
• Possess Data Analytics skills (preferred).
• Demonstrate customer orientation and intercultural skills.
• Possess self-confidence, presentation skills, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
