What you'll do

Identify customer high-value problems and suggest end-to-end solutions based on deep technology knowledge.
Manage customer feedback to continuously improve the performance and value of the Wafer Result Analytical platform.
Provide technical leadership for complex and challenging application activities while guiding the team effectively.
Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-site activities including beta tests, software upgrades, and server installations.
Conduct technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Deliver training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using the platform and maximizing its benefits.
Oversee project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

What we're looking for

Hold a BSc. or MSc. in Engineering.
Possess 2 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Experience with Metrology or Defect Review (ProVision/SEMVision) is preferred.
Data analytics skills are preferred.
Demonstrate strong customer orientation and intercultural communication skills.
Possess self-confidence, presentation skills, and effective communication abilities.
Exhibit a problem-solving orientation and interdisciplinary knowledge.
Possess project management skills to oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of solutions.
