As the Digital Product Manager, Vice President - Deposits 2.0, you will join the Deposits 2.0 team to modernize core deposit products and platforms. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by developing vision, managing discovery efforts, and maintaining a strategic product backlog. Your daily work involves defining activation strategies, creating onboarding flows like tours and checklists, and designing experiments with statistical rigor to improve feature discoverability. You will be responsible for tracking success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability while ensuring high-quality client experiences. To succeed, you must possess expertise in product development, design, and data analytics. Required skills include proficiency in SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, and experience with experimentation platforms. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve complex problems regarding product scalability, stability, and customer value within the financial services domain.

What you'll do

  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Conduct market research and discovery efforts to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align development with the strategic roadmap.
  • Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and system reliability.
  • Design onboarding flows and in-app guidance in partnership with Design and Engineering teams.
  • Define activation strategies, criteria, and OKRs for various customer segments.
  • Analyze friction points in the activation funnel to reduce time to first value.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate experiments to improve feature discovery and adoption.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle messaging platforms; ability to define event schemas and measurement plans.
  • Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Product Marketing in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated track record improving activation and early retention at scale, with quantified outcomes (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills including funnel/cohort analysis, retention curves, experiment design, power calculations, SQL, and product analytics concepts (preferred).
  • Experience designing and shipping in-product onboarding and guidance in partnership with Design and Engineering (preferred).
