The Digital Employee Experience Senior Engineer, IT Client Services joins the IT Client Services team to lead a multi-year transformation roadmap focused on improving employee productivity and reducing digital friction. Key responsibilities include driving AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow management, workflow automations, and MS Office applications. You will solve complex problems regarding digital workplace experience by converting data into measurable outcomes like reduced support costs and optimized technology spending.

What you'll do

  • Define and report key performance indicators regarding productivity, service desk demand, and automation effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, Employee Experience, Technology Operations, or Digital Transformation is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs or products that span multiple technology and business functions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps, product backlogs, and multi-year transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment without direct authority is preferred.
  • Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements, operational execution plans, and measurable outcomes is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are preferred for presenting to senior leadership and executing end user campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management performance metrics, enterprise end user computing environments, and ServiceNow management is preferred.
