What you'll do

Build and scale the data foundation for digital asset management business operations.
Design, ingest, model, and manage data across investment, research, trading, risk, and product teams.
Act as the primary authority on sourcing, organizing, modeling, and governing digital asset data.
Establish frameworks to transform fragmented structured and unstructured data into usable assets.
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for on-chain activity, market data, protocol data, and third-party datasets.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.
Manage data quality and metadata across the enterprise data platform.

What we're looking for

Experience in data engineering, data management, analytics engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms.
Deep expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and metadata management.
Strong understanding of modern cloud data architectures and data engineering tooling.
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Experience working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
Experience within digital assets, blockchain, fintech, market data, or quantitative investment environments (preferred).
