What you'll do

  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized systems in air-gapped environments.
  • Develop and optimize production CI/CD pipelines for secure enterprise platforms.
  • Author and refine Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Embed security, observability, and reliability into every layer of the delivery stack.
  • Coach active-duty military personnel and government civilians on technical operations.
  • Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled capabilities within classified constraints.
  • Manage the lifecycle and day-2 operations of production Kubernetes clusters.
  • Automate STIG compliance and RMF/ATO processes for regulated environments.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with IT, systems, or software engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with DevOps or DevSecOps, building and operating production CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience administering Kubernetes clusters in production, including lifecycle management and day-2 operations.
  • Experience developing Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration automation using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Experience with Linux administration (RHEL or Ubuntu), Python, Bash, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
  • Experience supporting regulated environments (DoD or IC) including STIG automation, RMF/ATO processes, and air-gapped constraints.
  • Experience with basic AI prototyping, including LLM API use, RAG workflows, and automation assistants.
  • TS/SCI clearance, HS diploma or GED, and DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) are required.
