What you'll do

Own and extend the end-to-end CI/CD platform for firmware validation and reporting.
Operate and harden the self-hosted runner fleet and toolchain versioning.
Onboard new silicon platforms into CI/CD by extending configurations and hardware integrations.
Automate and secure test stations within the validation lab to replace manual edits.
Perform cross-stack triage and root-cause analysis for firmware toolchain and silicon test regressions.
Develop firmware test cases and maintain hardware test-station setups on development boards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
DevOps/infrastructure background in designing and owning CI/CD pipelines and shared engineering infrastructure.
Strong Python skills for CLI tooling, orchestration, and system integrations against APIs, webhooks, and service accounts.
Hands-on experience operating self-hosted CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Proficiency with Git and integrating disparate build, test, and reporting services into coherent pipelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive cross-team triage and stakeholder alignment.
Familiarity with hardware/firmware development lifecycles, SoC bring-up, or silicon test (preferred).
Experience with C programming, firmware development, containerization, or packaging tools (preferred).
