DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer, Firmware Validation

What you'll do

• Own and extend the end-to-end CI/CD platform for firmware validation and reporting.
• Operate and harden the self-hosted runner fleet and toolchain versioning.
• Onboard new silicon platforms into CI/CD by extending configurations and hardware integrations.
• Automate and secure test station changes within the validation lab.
• Perform cross-stack triage and root-cause analysis for firmware toolchain and silicon test regressions.
• Develop firmware test cases and perform hands-on hardware setup for development boards.

What we're looking for

• BS degree in a technical discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• DevOps/infrastructure background in designing and owning CI/CD pipelines and shared engineering infrastructure with an automation-first mindset.
• Strong Python skills for CLI tooling, orchestration, and system integrations against APIs, webhooks, and service accounts.
• Hands-on experience operating self-hosted CI/CD platforms including pipeline design, runner administration, and job orchestration.
• Proficiency with Git and the ability to integrate disparate build, test, and reporting services into one coherent pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive cross-team triage and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Familiarity with the hardware/firmware development lifecycle, SoC bring-up, or silicon test (preferred).
• Experience with C programming, firmware development, containerization, or packaging and versioning tools (preferred).
