What you'll do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of design activities for data center projects, including planning and review.
  • Develop and track project design schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Review consultant design packages to align with OCI’s standards and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as construction, operations, and network infrastructure.
  • Support technical due diligence for lease and greenfield opportunities in data center projects.
  • Identify and escalate design risks, driving resolution in collaboration with senior leads.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 9+ years of experience supporting design for data centers or mission-critical facilities
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure planning for large-scale buildings
  • Familiarity with design documentation phases (BOD, SD, DD, IFC) and permitting processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and CAD or BIM platforms like Revit
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
