What you'll do

Manage the lifecycle of integrated logistics support for the GBAD I-CsUAS program from acquisition through post-deployment.
Coordinate with engineering and product teams to integrate logistics best practices into design and delivery.
Create and manage critical Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including Logistics Support Plans and other technical summaries.
Manage forward-deployed inventory for 34 Marine Corps sites across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Provide logistics expertise during program milestones such as Critical Design Reviews and proposal efforts.
Resolve technical and scheduling issues with internal and external stakeholders as a secondary point of contact.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency across all deployments.
Ensure all operations comply with DoD regulations, customer policies, and security protocols for proprietary technology.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field (equivalent experience may be substituted).
5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in DoD product support strategies, policies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and/or spare analysis.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience in or with DoD Contracting and direct US Government or Military program offices (preferred).
Government proposal experience (preferred).
