Deputy Head of Production

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day production outcomes, delivery schedules, and ramp plans for the Altius product line at Arsenal-1.
• Manage manufacturing tooling, CapEx, and project spend in accordance with established program timelines.
• Build a high-performance culture on the factory floor while mentoring and developing frontline supervisors and technical leaders.
• Direct cross-functional teams including Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Supply Chain personnel to meet output targets.
• Maintain Arsenal-1 as a world-class "showpiece" facility for customer, government, and VIP visits.
• Drive the processes needed to mature products to full-rate production while maintaining AS9100D quality standards.
• Oversee the implementation of digital tools such as PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS to scale operations.
• Manage the five core pillars of Planning, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience overseeing the production, assembly, and testing of complex electromechanical or aerospace hardware.
• Experience managing large manufacturing operations of over 100 people including technicians and engineers.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling production lines from the ground up in high-growth or greenfield environments.
• Strong background in quality assurance and process discipline with accountability to AS9100D standards.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for cross-functional leadership and internal reporting.
• Ability to manage CapEx, headcount, and schedule milestones with a high sense of urgency.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Military or veteran background; experience with niche aerospace supply chains; or experience with digital manufacturing toolchains (preferred).
