Senior Product Quality Engineer - Altius
As part of the Launched Effects team, you will join a mission-driven group responsible for scaling the manufacturing and delivery of the ALTIUS family of autonomous aerial systems. You will bridge the gap between R&D and high-rate production by defining, developing, and executing processes to ensure product reliability and quality. Your daily responsibilities include driving product development through work instruction reviews, quality planning, inspection, and Root Cause and Corrective Action activities. You will manage the transition from new product introduction to sustainable manufacturing while overseeing supplier quality for various programs. Key technical competencies include knowledge of PCBA, avionics, composites, and propulsion systems, alongside proficiency in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T. You will utilize tools such as MatLab, JMP, MiniTab, Teamcenter, SolidWorks/NX, and Jira to analyze product health data and ensure compliance with MIL standards.
