What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on risk-based decisions and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as an executive representative for customers and regulators regarding security posture and maturity.
  • Coordinate responses during major security incidents and high-priority operational escalations.
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of security leaders within the organization.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the security organization's operational maturity and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Experience overseeing enterprise security programs including cloud security, IAM, SecOps, incident response, vulnerability management, AI governance, and GRC.
  • Ability to translate strategic security priorities into measurable operational plans, governance models, and execution roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to partner with engineering, product, AI, and IT teams to enable innovation while managing risk.
  • Experience serving as an executive representative for customers, regulators, and strategic partners.

  • Must be business-minded, commercially aware, and pragmatic in balancing governance with speed.
