What you'll do

Plan and coordinate the installation or reconfiguration of hardware and software for integrated information systems.
Maintain technical expertise in radio frequency, SATCOM communications, and networking hardware like routers and firewalls.
Propose and configure communication solutions to meet future requirements while optimizing cost savings.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance instructions and network records.
Monitor and analyze short- and long-range project planning and the utilization of proprietary systems.
Ensure the secure movement of information across multi-classification level computing environments.
Support hardware and software integration activities and provide engineering feedback on system upgrades.
Design system components including the selection of specific hardware and software packages.

What we're looking for

Must have a High School Diploma with 4 or 9 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 2 or 5 years, a Master's with 0 or 3 years, or a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience.
Must have an active US Government Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain US Government Top Secret security clearance and Special Program access clearance within 365 days.
Must possess a DoD 8570/8140 recognized IAT Level-II or -III certification.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
Must be able to meet medical requirements and pass a physical for worldwide travel.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and 24/7 on-call status.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time and comply with mobility requirements.
