What you'll do

Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory levels for various product lines.
Resolve supply issues by coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for assigned product lines.
Align business development forecasts with actual production demand plans.
Analyze supply and material health to inform decision-making across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain master data and processes within MRP systems.
Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field.
3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience managing complex value chains and coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Technical expertise including the ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
