What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical work experience.
3+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in quantitative analysis and data science, or a Master’s degree plus 2+ years of experience, or a Ph.D.
Expertise in data modeling, quantitative analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to deliver actionable insights.
Ability to design, implement, and track core metrics to analyze product performance.
Ability to create visuals, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using AI tools to develop scalable data solutions while maintaining statistical integrity.
3+ years of experience using SQL or similar big data querying languages (preferred).
3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python or R (preferred).
3+ years of experience with applied statistical techniques like inferential methods, causal methods, or A/B testing (preferred).
Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in a product-focused role at a social media, online advertising, digital media, or mobile technology company (preferred).
