What you'll do

Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical development tasks and data-driven solutions.
Design and build end-to-end data workflows including ingestion, structuring, storage, and transformation.
Modernize data storage solutions to improve data quality, lineage, and accessibility.
Identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable, automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
Develop and deploy data solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Manage the full data life cycle to ensure data is captured and delivered to support mission needs.
Track development progress and provide frequent status updates to stakeholders in an agile environment.

What we're looking for

TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into technical, data-driven solutions is required.
Experience working in the Microsoft 365 environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or SharePoint is required.
Knowledge of designing end-to-end data workflows, modernizing data storage, and data life cycle concepts is required.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable, automated workflows is required.
Scrum Master or Product Owner certification (preferred).
Experience with Palantir Foundry, SQL-based environments, or enterprise data governance (preferred).
